God wants you to experience the JOY he created you for.
So do we.
It all starts by following 9 simple rules.
Every success in life is meaningless without joy. Joy is God’s dream for you. Heaven is called a “wedding banquet.” And Jesus’ whole mission was to share that joy with you. He said it himself. “I’ve told you these things so my joy may be in you.” Think about that. The joy of GOD in YOU. The experience of that joy eternal starts now. And it doesn’t start with a change in your circumstances but a change in you.
We’ll show you how to:
Build new habits.
Change your thinking.
Live a more joyful life.
What are you looking for?
You’re working hard, but for what?
You have faith, but want “something more” out of life, and out of Church.
You lack work/life balance. You're getting “tired.”
You crave more meaningful connections.
You want to make a difference but aren’t convinced you matter, and you don’t know how.
Bottom line: You want MORE joy. More happiness. But don’t know how to go get it.
With everything you’ve ever worked for…what you’re really working for is JOY. Let’s get intentional about THAT.
An engaging course with 9 simple rules.
In “Gratitude” Chris talks about how to not just give thanks more often, but how to transform your life by transforming your mind into one that gravitates toward gratitude.
In “Silence” Chris helps you see the “quiet killers” in your life for what they are, covers why you need silence for your happiness (and sanity) and talks about exactly how to get it.
To have joy, you have to align your self talk with the Word of God. Chris shows you how.
Fun isn’t a side project. And it’s not just “for the kids.” It’s serious business, and it’s central to your happiness and holiness.
ENGAGE YOUR BODY IN THE BATTLE FOR JOY
The science is mind blowing. The theology is clear. You are a body/soul “composite.” And the journey to joy is incomplete if you don’t know how to engage your body in it.
A Harvard study on what makes people thrive into old age showed friendship as the #1 factor. But HOW do you create deep, lasting friendship?
God’s command to set aside a day from work caused a revolution that set His people free. Are you free? Are you intentional about rest? Chris shows you how.
This isn’t for “the advanced” or even the “especially gifted.” And you don’t need to do it for others, but for YOU. What’s that look like in your life? Find out.
FRAME YOUR MIND WITH FAITH
Faith isn’t just part of the picture. If it’s going to give you unshakeable joy, it’s gotta be the “frame” through which you see everything. But how do you live with THAT kind of faith?
Why did we create this course?
We’ve never told people more frequently to “love yourself” “believe in yourself” and “spread positivity” and people have never been more miserable. In fact, Gen Z, the least believing generation alive, is also the most prone to anxiety, loneliness, and depression. Over 50% of them self-reported that they felt “below average” in mental health. While biology is sometimes the explanation, when we’re talking over 50%, something else is at play. We have a crisis in joy.
With all due respect to secular self-help gurus, when we leave God out of the picture, it doesn’t “work.”
Chris digs into the latest science and practical down-to-earth wisdom for LIVING JOY, all while tying the implementation of our 9 simple rules into your path to eternal joy.
And we need that joy now more than ever.
An experience of joyful Christians is what changed Chris’ life. That’s why he’s so passionate about this topic. He longs to see you, not just a believing Christian, but a joyful one. And not just so you can enjoy your everyday life more (as important as that is) but so that you can change the lives of people like him, too.
But we’re getting ahead of ourselves.
